Our Hazelnuts come directly from Piedmont, Italy. Where a long history has made cultivating hazelnuts into something of a science. We incorporate into our gelato almost 50% of these perfected nuts. Here to show that Hazelnut can hold its own even in a flavor category that includes our famous Bacio.
